It all begins with a detailed inspection of each property by foot or by drone. We determine if the damage warrants replacement based on numerous pieces of information that’s gathered to give you an expert opinion all at no cost.

The next step is to contact the carrier to inform them of the loss and schedule the initial inspection with the insurance company, along with any property protection that may be required. We handle all communications and correspondences with the carrier and work for free to get the insurance to approve the claim.

Once a scope of work is approved we can pick materials and begin the project without any money down/check etc. We will finish the job in 1 day and then receive payment when it arrives from the insurance company. We will do our best to expedite these steps but some claims have proven to be tricky but we value each of our customer’s homes as if it was ours!
